Hello Leland,
I will leave it up
to you but I believe it could be in your best interest for us to
talk and introduce you to Alan Crim and his wife.. I appreciate
your passion as I too am very passionate about those who would
use their power and money to take advantage of the little guy!
As the founder of Dare To Dream I have made it my quest and
do my best to see that justice is served.
I have also learned
that things are not always what they seem. Those of us who are
passionate about certain issues, where justice or the lack there
of are at issue, can sometimes be deceived....God knows, I
have been in my travels!
If you are open for
us to meet and introduce you to Alan and His family, lets do it!
I also believe I'm
more familiar with this issue then you may be. Both my
husband and I know Tony. He first came to my husband and I
for assistance and we counseled him as best we could but he did
not follow up in a manner that we believe may have resolved
this whole mess before Mr. Crim found it necessary to seek legal
advice..
No matter! My
husband Dan and I, will not take sides as that's not the way the
Dare To Dream Network operates. As the founder, I have
only one goal in mind when I assist someone and that is to get
to the foundation where the truth lies.
Sometimes that can be an impossible task, especially when some
are not open to listen.
Please understand
Leland, I do not know the Crim's any longer nor better then I
know Tony. I have my own feelings about things as it would
be impossible, being human, not to have an opinion.
But my opinion is not what's at issue here.
From what you wrote
I can tell you that it sounds more like Tony talking then a
neutral party, that's why I feel it may benefit all
involved to hear the other side. And after doing so you
might conclude there are other players here, flies in the
ointment, and you may also find that Tony
should have been more open to the communication Alan
desired early on.
Because this has
cost Mr. Crim a great deal of personal aggravation and money I'm
not sure if this situation can be resolved at this point without
the court making a ruling. But I believe you owe it to
yourself to hear his side of this conflict and
believe me, Alan too, has a side.
Mrs. Crim has just
come home from the hospital where she underwent a serious
operation and Mr. Crim has not been well for over a year now.
But we spoke today after I received your email. Alan
requested that Dan & I could be present if you two did
talk. We said that would be no problem.
So I will leave it
up to you. Decide and let me know. I will give you our
phone # 505-685-0026... The best time to reach us is in the
afternoon as we work in the studio in the mornings and then
later in the day into the late evening... We usually
have more free time on Sundays, afternoon is best!
Leland if you are
willing to take the time to talk, in person, with Alan
and his family, we will set it up at your convenience.
If you're wondering
why Alan was not open to talk to you before it was because he
had no idea who you were and he had already been receiving,
since this argument began, some very odd calls.. and at all
hours of the night. And he does have an attorney who has an
obligation to act in Alan's best interest. She may advise him
against this meeting. But Alan requested that I follow up and
I'm doing that!
Take care. Stay
well!
Warm Regards,
Barbara

I would absolutely be open to a personal
meeting with Alan Crim and his wife with you. In fact, my hope is
that there is some way of defusing this crisis without additional
harm to anyone.
Thank you for your generous offer. I will call you ASAP, would you
be so kind as to inquire what day the Crim's would like to meet?

Hi Leland,
I have not heard from
you other then your business email and was wondering why.. If
Sunday, tomorrow, was or is not good for you I wish you would
let me know.. If you have decided to go in another direction the
courtesy of a yes or no answer would be appreciated..
I realize you're busy
Leland but we all of us are as well and with Christmas so close time
is even more precious.
If you've changed your
mind and do not intend to meet with Alan, I have to be
courteous and let he and his family know. It was at your
request that I set up a meeting. If the time period was/is not good
I wish you had communicated that or at least something with me...
Thank You...

I'm starting to figure out why our communication has not been good
recently. You set the text in your messages to be all white, and my
email client, Google Mail, sets the background white by default, so I
see the subject, but not the message itself.
Now that I've figured that out, I think we can get somewhere here.
Please tell Allen for me, or I'll call, that I have his complete
report, as well as yours now, and that I just wasn't able to read it
the first time you sent it because of computer problems.
I'm going through it slowly and will decide what to do by the end
of this coming week.
Leland
